The interview was delayed by more than an hour. When someone finally showed up, they apologized but didn't apologize for the delay. I felt that the interview was done in a hurry and without much interest in what I was saying.

The interview process consisted of three stages. First, I completed an initial phone screening with the HR department, where we discussed my background, experience, and interest in the role. After that, I was invited to a technical interview with the team lead, which focused on practical problem-solving and situational questions related to the position. Finally, I participated in a panel interview with senior management to assess cultural fit and long-term goals.
Throughout the process, communication was clear and timely, and I received feedback after each stage.
The interview process has 3 stages. 1 tech power point challenge, 2 hr personality interview to get to know motivations to work with them and who you are as a person, 3rd interview with the design lead to get to know your technical knowledge.
