First stage consists of taking an online hacker rank assessment. You get around 3 questions depending on the role (I applied for Technology). Unfortunately I got rejected so I don't know anything about the rest of the stages. :(

3 rounds - 1st round with HR, 2nd round with Analyst/Associate and 3rd with Head of Global markets. Relatively straightforward with the classic market finance questions. Be comfortable with option payoffs etc

Initially I was contacted quickly by HR and I had a good interview. Then, I heard nothing for one month, even when following up with HR by email a week after the interview. I was given a second interview a month and a half later. After the second interview, I heard nothing for two months. I contacted HR a month after my interview and again no response until I decided to email the interviewer directly a 2 months after the second interview. HR emailed me then to tell me they went with someone else. A total of 3 and a half months, two interviews, and ghosting from both HR and interviewers. I understand they are busy people but please have some respect for the candidates, they give candidates hope and then ghosting them for three months, only to say they went with someone else. Beware.
