Colloquio
First round is numerical and personality tests, second is pre AC where you have a 5-minute prep to present on a topic and complete mental arithmetic and currency tests. The third stage is a trading game which was very interesting and the final round is with a managing director who asked a brainteaser. No technical questions in my experience, however, I believe some others did.

Why BNP, Why trading, What do you do for fun, Weaknesses and Strengths, Name the CEO
Overall ok, multiple tests but wasn't really hard. Individual interviews are really up to the interviewer, mine was just brain teasers.
Staff are very friendly but the process was long and they were very slow in getting back.
