j’ai trouvé le processus assez exigeant. Les recruteurs posent des questions techniques pointues ainsi que des mises en situation pour évaluer les compétences analytiques et comportementales. Les tests en ligne peuvent être complexes et demandent une bonne préparation. L’échange avec le manager était structuré et professionnel, mais il faut être prêt à justifier en détail ses choix techniques et ses expériences passées. Globalement, un processus difficile mais intéressant pour ceux qui aiment les défis.

In total, there were three rounds of face-to-face (in-person) interviews. The first two rounds were with different members of the team, where I had the opportunity to discuss my skills, experience, and how I could contribute to their projects. The final round was with the hiring manager, which involved a more in-depth conversation about team dynamics, expectations, and long-term goals within the role.
