Processus très long. J'ai tout d'abord effectué des test en ligne puis d'autres test puis un entretien RH de 2 heures. Après avoir été sélectionné j'ai passé un test d'anglais type TOEIC. Après validation de celui ci on m'a dit d'attendre puis plus aucune nouvelles. Je suis vraiment déçu car plus personne ne me répondait, j'avais l'impression de parler à un mur. Mon expérience RH a été très mauvaise, j'ai perdu mon temps. Au bout de deux mois où je n'ai pas arrêté de me renseigner sur le graduate afin de réussir mon entretien "Manager" j'ai juste reçu un mail automatique de refus.

Primeiro tive o phone screen ou entrevista telefónica (primeira fase, 15 min), perguntas sobre disponibilidades, logística, motivação e curso Depois foi a entrevista com os recursos humanos com perguntas mais específicas acerca da motivação e perguntas situacionais. Foram sempre muito acessíveis e simpáticos

The HR interview took 45 minutes where I had to talk about my CV and experiences. They asked a lot about department preference, so it's important to be really into the company's structure and each function.

After the interview with HR, I immediatly got a manager interview scheduled. It was around 45 minutes in Microsoft Teams. It had three people, the people responsibile for each area of the graduate program. Each would ask me questions.
