A pretty quick interview process, a pre-screening with HR, an online coding challenge (not too challenging), later down the line two separate interviews: with the potential team (2 team leads), some code and questions about variable lifetimes and move-semantics, and one with a manager

They don;t have budget, underpay as per industry standard, 3 rounds,
1. technical, where he asked me basic questions on C++ and even SQL was used extensively they were okay to adjust on it.
2. second round why with manager, he was more and all interested on why I left all my previous organisation, nothing else than this.
3. third round was with HR manager, he demotivated me a lot, saying you got more than 100% of hike because of pandemic now you are reached at level of salary where no one can afford to give it to you. on my last CTC they were only offering 15% hike. I felt very depressed on that day after taking with him, he just all planned for how to negotiate candidates etc.
4. last conversation with another junior HR, again starting of his line was I am asking very much hike etc. porting as my expectation are level of CTO/CEO etc.
5. I declined their offer as I got more than 50% hike without negotiation.
6. So please don;t waste time with these, bank has money but HR never want to get you expected amount.
