It was a panel interview with 5 managers from BNSF, from different departments. The interview process was an all-day job fair event. It starts with an overview of the company and the job. Then you are called to be interviewed by the panel. You're called off the sign-in sheet, closer to the bottom the longer your wait time to interview will be.
