After completing the Hirevue, I was asked to join a 3 hour interview process. Most of that time was spent introducing the company and talking about the benefits and opportunities they had. The actual interview was with three other employees. They alternated asking questions that were all behavioral.

- Why do you think you're a good fit for this position?
- If two supervisors give you conflicting information, how do you resolve this?
- Asked questions about times I've experienced difficulties, communication mishaps, and such in team settings.
- Asked if I would do anything different looking back on those team experiences.

Initial Hirevue and an online assessment test. Then there is a 30 minute interview if you do well on the Hirevue. There were no technical questions in the interview, and it was only behavioral questions .

The interview process started with a HireVue interview after submitting the application. If you pass the HireVue screening, you are invited to an information session where you have to watch an informational video and have your college transcript ready when meeting with the hiring managers.

After submitting application you get sent a online self recorded interview and then if you pass that then you will get invited to a hiring event and second round of interview
