The process is very detail oriented. Communication is handled via email until later in the process. The interview is panel style where you have multiple interviewers asking question primarily focused on safety, technical, and professionalism. Also don’t expect direct feedback. If an offer is made it will be via email.

Pre interview there was a pretty basic test. The interview itself was an hour long over Teams and included four interviewers. They mostly asked general questions about the field and didn't through any hard curveball questions.
