Hiring process takes about 1-2 months. After initial contact, receive call for phone interview after about two weeks. Ask 5-6 questions about resume, various projects you've worked on, and likely a surprise question. If you pass this stage, you will be sent to the headquarters for a two day interview. Starts off with short introduction, followed by a 3 hour test. Next is more detailed presentations about jobs and locations. The next day includes a panel interview, and a secondary interview as well.

Applied online and a week later I got redirected to a personality/logic assessment which focused on order and if/or statements. A week has passed since then and I am still waiting for a response.
