The interview process was short and brief. I honestly don't recall that much about it because its been a while. My interviewer was rather dry. At BNSF they tend to be very backward in their approach. I remember it being one of the weakest interviews that I have had thus far. Not exceptional, not impressed. The interviewer did not do a good job of representing the company. Overall not the best experience.
