Pretty simple interview mainly asking behavioural/situational questions, why you want to work for the company, why you’d be a good candidate. I’ve heard sometimes they may ask technical questions but this wasn’t my experience
Good experience , the interview was tough and too technical . Multiple rounds were conducted. Overall it was seamless and worth it. BNY MELLON has a great history to talk on.
15-minute screening and then 2 30-minute full interviews. Felt conversational and asked standard bevavioral questions, such as "tell me about a time when you've led a project" etc.
I did not have to take any technical screenings as I was interviewing for the People Team.
