Interview with panel of 6. One at a time for over 4hrs. Very long process with multiple levels of phone interview then in person then test and interview again. Be prepare for the long process. Question not tough if you prepare its just they try to intimidate with group panel it's overwhelming.

Behavioral questions ask. Give me a example how you manage a offshore work and track it.
Interview turned up on site actually went quite well. Was one on one, went quite smoothly. Interviewer was really polite and I honestly thought I am in for a chance here to get the job.
I got ghosted after two weeks. Absolute radio silence.

Phone interview with HR who just ask a few motivational questions. They call unscheduled. Then a competency/motivational interview with someone in the team. Afterwards, a case study interview where they talk through a scenario that is likely to occur in your business area. Mine was a graph that I had to talk about and identify the cost drivers and profit drivers. This was really difficult because you cannot prepare for it and the answer really lies in information that I think is quite difficult to know if you've never been in the industry.

What is the difference between organic growth and inorganic growth?
Interesting and there were a total of 3 rounds of interviews, asking basic questions as well as giving scenario based questions to ask. Overall process was a full day and it was quite interesting
