Overall, the interview went pretty smoothly and was primarily behavioral. The questions focused on my past experiences, how I handle challenges, and how I work in team environments. There was an aptitude test which was conducted the previous day for the all the shortlisted candidates. The interview was a panel interview with senior managers from the Operations division. It was a good experience overall with a mix of behavioural and technical questions.
