Bit of a pot luck approach. Dealt with them on two different instances and they just seem to make it up as they go alone. Not to mention the fact they want you to describe your greatest acheivment during the final interview makes them look even more of a 'joke.'

It was very thorough and they provided alot of information about the job upfront even an rough estimate of the salary. They answered all of the question I had. The recruiter reached out after the interview about next steps and then offered the position.

I was first contacted by a recruiter and asked about my salary expectations. I had two phone interviews then an onsite interview. About a week following the onsite interview, I was contacted by the recruiter with an offer that I accepted. The process was more lengthy due to the hiring manager being located in NY.
