Received call from HR for phone interview asking questions about my past experience.
Went in for face to face interview with multiple group heads. Each was a separate interview.
Every interview was different as the managers were looking for different things. No scary or special questions or brainteasers.
Received a call with an offer a a few days later.

No special or tricky questions. Mostly questions about past experience.
I was recruited through my school's career department and was chosen to interview on site. The interview was more of a conversation to see what type of person I was and what my background was. Very few technical questions and it is important to ask many questions about the type of environment/workplace it is.
