Had a quick call with one of the recruiters, just went through my CV with me asked me about my experiences on it.
Then got an email to have a 45 minute online interview with two of the Operations department managers. Asked me some competency based questions and talked about my experiences what I learnt from it etc.
I did this interview in January 2021 and I am still waiting for a response from them. I guess I got not offer but at least give me some feedback on my interview? To me seems like they don't care about the candidates they just want someone that can do the job and treat them like a robot.
Wouldn't waste my time applying here. The managers also seemed boring/unhappy and looked like they just got out of bed.

Easy interview, behavioral questions only and only one interview. Panel interview. Laid back. No technical questions. Only 30 minutes and received a call from HR a week later that I was offered the job.

The first round is an introductory phone call with a recruiter where you talk about your qualifications and background. The second round, you talk with two managers and they ask you mostly behavioral and scenario-specific questions.

Was relatively laid back, questions were purely behavioral. Tell me about a time, walk me through your resume, etc... Had one phone call screen and then a zoom call "super day."
