Behavioral questions- "tell me about a time" etc. about both positive and negative experiences. Stuff like attention to detail, handling multiple priorities at once, and time management can help a lot.

In person interview with mostly situational questions. The process from interview to hire was around 2.5 months. They didn't contact at all in between that time. Just hang in if you don't hear a response, the corporate process is very long to get a new employee.
