- 1st from call from HR asking for the availability for the interview - received a call again for the availability for the interview After 1.5 months - within a week interview process done - feedback was very good. Salary discussion done - NO response on emails from HR and not receiving the calls - very unprofessional HR people Worst experience with Waste of time This is the reason why HR folks are very respectful and accountable people in every company They even don't know the HR best practices.
It was nice and swift. First you have a call from recruiter with general questions.
Then interview with hiring manager.
In both cases I talked about my experience and what I can bring into company.

HR, Hiring manager, Head. Each round is like 30 mins. Basically experience and skill matching. HR is very friendly. Try to prepare more on the past experience and why you want to do this job.
