They are not scheduling interviews even after discussion over call and multiple reminders wasting the camdidates time and effort, and there is no proper communication of rejection as well, why candidate is rejected.

First for the Hr screening call,then arranged first round interview . However, they said this position has been filled by internal applicant. Maybe you could see the job posting,but it could be not available for this job.
