The process consisted of 3 rounds. CV Screening, followed by a behavioral interview and a technical interview. The technical interview includes preparing a report on an economic news item I find compelling, analyzing its impact on financial markets, outlining potential outcomes, and evaluating its relevance for key client segments.

Overall, very smooth interview. Interviewers were laid back. It was a pretty normal interview experience where I first talked to a recruiter. After the phone screen, I talked to the group's manager for the final round.
