Total of 2 Rounds of mass interviews in a day.
1st interview: Speed dating; 2 mins to express your interests and why you.
> Once you get thru the first round, you will be informed if you have been shortlisted for round 2.
2nd Interview: You will be divided into groups and the management team will be giving out 'Behavioral & Situational' questionnaires.
You will need to be very comfortable with big groups and team collaboration.

Everyone gets a different set of questions, as you will be given out a set of questions of play cards. Can be super random but will be observing your natural response. For eg.; If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what will that be?

The interview was a group one; they were scouting personality and confidence rather than corporate-type answers. ect. Also roleplay scenarios was a big part of the process. Fast and genuinely a fun interview

Colloquio
It was a group interview, very inclusive, very fun and they were good at keeping the stress down. There was a lot of people there but they managed it well so it didn’t feel over crowded or awkward.
