While I met a lot of nice people during the interview process, they all seem new and inexperienced. My overall experience is poor, unfortunately. The communication at time was not good. I had to follow up to see where things stood. My initial interview was set up and then canceled/not confirmed by the interviewers and I was not made aware of this until the day of when I reached out to confirm. I had been told by one of the talent acquisition coordinators that the people I was going to interview with were really impressed with my background. It does not seem like they know what they really want in this role. I understand this is a growing company and team. This is a marketing role and I applied to a marketing role. I was told they want to go in another direction and did not interview with the second person. Apparently this is more technical role, yet I was not asked many questions during my interview. I definitely was not asked about the technical aspects of my current position or experience.
