A great accounting firm with a well known reputation. However, they have the worst and most unprofessional recruiting process. They lose track of information and while I was applying for the full time assurance position I decided to go with another firm just because of the lack of follow up from BPM

The interview process was inconsistent and I felt like BPM didn't know what they wanted or when they need new hires. I applied hoping to relocate to San Francisco back in April and didn't get reach out until late June. My interview was great and my recruiter was transparent but everything went downhill a couple days later. He informed me that management should reach out the following week but nothing. When I asked he informed me that every took PTO and should be back mid July. I reached out again in that timeframe and he informed management still hasn't made a decision. The following morning he informed me I wasn't moving forward and completely ghosted me ever since. Throughout this process BPM had never took down there job application and I felt that they were actively still recruiting more candidates. It was a waste of time.
