Colloquio
It was a total mess. The process lasted nearly three hours, although I was not informed beforehand to save this length of time. I was under the impression I would be meeting briefly with one person. Instead I met with four.
The person who had initially e-mailed me to interview had presented himself so unprofessionally that I wasn't sure if he was really serious. I almost didn't take the interview, it was that bad.
Two of the people who interviewed me obviously were miserable working there. One of them flat out was rude to me. When I asked him what a typical day of work was like there he went on a sarcastic rant about everything in his personal life (what time he wakes up in the morning, what he eats, what he wears, etc) and never spoke about work. I asked him politely again and he said "I already told you!"
Judging by the interview process and the very unprofessional employees I met at the welcome night for new recruits, I won't be considering them for any serious employment.
Domande di colloquio [1]
Domanda 1
They asked me some intrusive personal questions such as:
Where does my family live?
How do I support myself currently?

Two rounds and took about two month. They only asked behavioral questions for intern level. There are job fair at campus so I had a chance to know about the company.

Couple screening events prior to the job fair at the college. Everyone is very positive and open to meet new people. Overall the best interview process I have ever had!

Colloquio
I attended a campus recruitment event where I talked to 2 current, young associates. This was followed by 3 1:1 interviews in a 1-day span. One was with an HR recruiter, one was with a manager, and the 3rd was with 2 associates that I would potentially be working with if hired.
