The interview process was smooth and well defined and pre-planned. I was informed way ahead about my interview schedule. I was interviewed by multiple managers, partners and senior personals of the company. I liked all of them. The more people I met, the firm's visions and expectations from me became more clearer. BPM likes retaining it's employees and takes every possible steps to look after their growth. I had multiple interviews scheduled over the course of couple of months. I didnt mind the long hiring duration because I got too impressed by BPM on my first interview itself. The interviewers were sincere and genuine.
