I applied on my college's career portal. After sending an application there were two back to back interviews focusing mainly my previous experiences. Not many direct technical questions. Seemed to focus more on your past experiences and your personality and fit for the job.

Consisted of a technical/case part and behavioral part. Case was very generic and more focused on answering broad analytical questions. Behavioral was straightforward and asking about experiences working with data and where your interest in BRG stems from.

Integrated health solutions team. First a short screening to go over resume. Then they send a case two days before the next interview with a spreadsheet and slide deck for you to complete. Took a couple hours. You present these and go over resume with two team members for the second interview. Third interview is behaviorals with a director.
