I was contacted for an initial phone screen, and advanced to an in-person meeting with the Chief Development Officer. Despite following up 3 times for next steps and/or a timeline, the Director of Board Engagement never replied after my onsite visit. After 30 days of no response, I received a generic "thank you, this position has been filled" email auto-sent from Workday. An extremely disappointing experience after discussing the importance of relationship-building at BSO.
