Pretty easy and nothing too demanding.The role is advertised as shifts to suit everyone. This is not the case. The shift patterns are many and complicated ranging from 30+ hours to 16. Manpower really do need to send out copies of these shifts to applicants before they attend the tour and onsite session as they are impossible to discuss on the telephone. There is 1.5 hours flexibility on the start times (and this is not your choice but BT's). If you have another job and/or children or other commitments you really do need to see these first. I was offered a role but had to refuse it due to the above problem which was a shame as a nice centre, pleasant people and looked a good company to work for with first impressions.
