Simple and efficient interview process, felt at ease the entire time. Felt informal and relaxed. Very highly recommended. Never felt uncomfortable during the process at all. Seemed to be too easy; thought they were perhaps trying to catch me out but evidently not, all very simple and it was a pleasure to be a part of.
Foi bem tranquilo, por se tratar de uma vaga trainee eles fizeram uma entrevista em grupo. A minha aplicação foi feita através de uma agência de estudantes, porém o RH da empresa me ligou perguntando se eu gostaria de participar da entrevista. BT has a three round virtual interview which consists of HR round, Assessment and Ops round It is generally based on communication skills. They will not judge you on process as you have to go through the training program anyway.
