Applied online and was sent links to online assessments, once passed you do a telephone interview then are invited to a 3 hour group assessment at the call centre if successful. At the group assessment it's the usual ice breaker, presentation about the company, visit to call centre floor to listen in on calls then individual interviews. Managers at the interview seemed very unmotivated when I attended and complained about "interviewing all day". The whole process took less than the 3 hours stated because they 'skipped' some parts. When I told them I was returning to work after taking time to raise my child they immediately treated me as though I was less worthy than everyone else. I knew that I wasn't going to get the job by the way they spoke to me and acted towards me.
