3 Stage Interview process. It was actually very good as they brought me into the office on the first stage. I met the HR team who were really friendly and were able to run me through the break down of the team and the day to day role. I was then brought in for a second stage interview with one of the finance managers which was a little more informal. We discussed my previous experience and what the day to days of the role were. They also delved into what the typical month end looks like as well. The final stage was a panel with several finance managers and a more senior manager as well.
