Four Rounds of process comprises of: Basic intro round with HR followed by Online Aptitude Test followed by an extempore followed by first ops round (panel of 2-3 ops managers) followed by final Ops round with Ops Head and HR Manager.

there were 3 rounds and it was quite easy first with hr, second with manager and then operational round hr round will be normal round they will ask about yourself and current profile you are working in and why u want to change the company
