For Technical Operations Consultant Graduate Scheme Standard application process - online application and tests, video interview and then assessment centre. I passed everything apart from the assessment centre. The assessment centre consists of 3 Micro exercises, an Interview and a Group exercise. The interview was normal and the questions were easy but my interviewer was writing down my mark even before I finish my second sentence and he was not trying to hide my marks. Another assessor was having a chat with after the micro-exercise then he made an offensive comment about my Spouse Visa. My experience was very unpleasant as I never had such a situation at any other assessment centres and I could sense racism from two of the assessor. The process took 5 months and I had to contact them to check the dates for the assessment centre.
