Online app, telephone interview, assessment centre. Recruitment process easy with relaxed day at the centre. Awful dates building with extremely miserable, defeated looking staff. I had reservations about joining the business from the moment i stood on the main floor. With talking to the existing staff they explained what it’s like to work there, not good. The building is filthy and hygiene is not really cared about. Dirty every where and in need of a deep clean. Having said all this I did accept the role and will leave a review about the job itself on the other section. In summary interviews fine but had doubts about the role itself and how staff are treated.
