There where 3 different stages a phone interview an online assessment and a face to face interview. The process for the face to face interview was a group interview with about 8 candidates and it was introducing yourself a group activity and a assessment with about 10 questions.

Hard because I was caught off guard by the question. Not what I was expecting to be asked . But it was a good process. I found it hard initially because the question caught me off guard. It wasn’t what I expected, but ultimately, it turned out to be a valuable and enlightening process.
easy, straight to the point and clear and concise
the questions are were not difficult and it was basic questions from my cv. the phone interview was very easy. the face to face interview was the same
Phone call by a very nice chap. After passing the phone interview was invited to the office for a face to face interview where the office seemed slightly run down/
Overall was okay but i was baffled when i was told i wouldn't be allowed to speak welsh with Welsh speaking customers 'As the staff wouldn't know what id be saying.
They literally only care about the STAR method.
