Recruiter is not clear that whether the position is still open or not. I had interviewed recently and after clearing 2 technical rounds was supposed to take managerial discussion but mean time the recruiter informed that its going to schedule telephonic as panel is not available. after that I did not get any call and after following up i got response saying that still panel is not here so will schedule and all of sudden he informed position is on hold. After somedays for the same position I got call and appeared interview while there was some other recruiter and they themselves are confused how to deal with this candidate. my previous recruiter saying as you have gone through all the technical round you ll appear managerial round directly while the recent recruiter created some story and said we decided not to take you based on some useless point. I just want to say that time is important for everyone. please give value other's time as well. and reject the candidate based on some valuable and worthy reasons not like its your mood not to take and make some story. Being face of the company please be loyal as you expect from your employee to be.
