Routing Metrics, VTP, STP , Dynamiv ARP, Sub-netting and draw up schematics of networks you know and explain how it works and what protocols you need to use. Questions on management,leadership skills, Customer and client support skills. How to handle skeptic customers, how to prioritize incidents, describe a situation when you went above your job responsibility to assist a customer.
