I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at BT (Bangalore). The interview was a standard one where a written test was conducted first, followed by a face to face interview. The questions asked in the written test were good. They were designed to test the mettle.

1st round will online test, you need to visit the office for taking the test. 2nd Round will be technical - for me it is full on Java with PL/SQL, Hadoop, Impala, Spark.

Got a call from consultancy and interview was scheduled. Interview with BT is straight forward. A written exam followed by several rounds of face-to-face interview. I did clear written round(not easy). Tumbled in first round of face-to-face interview. Couldn't answer those questions as I was not having rudimentary coding skills.
