There was a telephone case study that one must prepare for. SImilar to consulting case studies that are provided. It is a take home and should not be overly difficult. There are three rounds of interviews.
Simple and exciting. Was fun but challenging. They had many stages, the first stage was to apply online then they make you do assessments which are quite hard. Then they contact you to interview with them

The interviewer was down to earth, just like a general chat. They asked me why I wanted to work for BT, why I would be a good addition to the team, etc
Online interview followed by assessment day , assessment day had a virtual reality aspect which I heard they may get rid of, otherwise a standard structure of technical and team building interviews
