Applied online. Was then told to complete some online tests and then got a call back a few days later telling me I was successful. Then had a telephone interview and was asked basic competency questions. Was told then that I was successful and I would progress onto the assessment centre interview. At the assessment centre, there was 4 of us out of 9 that turned up and we were greeted by a manpower manager and two BT managers. They then gave us an introduction of BT and manpower and then went into an ice breaker. The ice breaker was to pick two celebrities dead or alive that we would bring to a dinner party and why and then also tell them about yourself and what you have done so far. (Education, jobs, etc.) Then we went to the call centre (upstairs) and were told to listen into some calls. Finally took part in a group exercise which was called Lost at Sea. Basically given a sheet with 15 items and we had to rank them 1-15 in order of importance. Did it individually first and then as a group. The whole aim is to work within a team and communicate with each other.
