The interview process is very much a joke. They hire because of immediate need. Basically, the manager had a very hard time speaking English. He basically looked over my resume, asked a few questions just to confirm the qualifications the resume, discussed what he liked about it, and literally told me he was going to hire me. Bam. Easy. Done.
If you have the qualifications for their test engineer jobs, don't sweat about the interview process. At all.

Domanda 1
There should have been questions like: explain to me LTE, WCDMA, GSM, CS and PS, etc.
I was literally not asked a question at all. He told me based off of my resume that I would be able to handle the workload.

Basically looked at my resume and asked questions from what's on my resume. Had 2 interviews. First interview was a phone interview where they asked more about technical questions. Basic technical questions related to resume information. The second one was in person interview. The second interview was more like an HR.
