4 rounds: 1st is a video interview in which you answer general behavioral questions. 2nd is a super helpful call with a Consultant in which you actually get to ask them questions instead of them asking you. 3rd is a business case that is given to you one week prior to the interview, in which you need to showcase your skills as a consultant and solve the issue of the company with a 20 minute presentation + 20 minutes of behavioral and CV-related questions. 4th and final, an interview with the VP which is mostly behavioral and career related. In the end, you get a call where they present you with an offer if succeeded.
