Was called in for an in-person interview as my one and only interview there (during the pandemic) which I thought was maybe unnecessary but it was my first interview so I figured that was standard (it wasn't - most places are doing video interviews). They asked me some questions about my reel but didn't really grill me on anything too hard. They did not talk about the company culture, they did not talk about anything HR-related except for the salary I was looking for.
I was then ghosted for two weeks (turns out HR quit soon after my interview) and was reached out to someone from Paris who offered me a low salary simply because I have to learn the software first (not an excuse - all this does is encourage people to look elsewhere, increasing turnover). They would not budge on the salary. They offered four weeks of vacation which was nice but I had to haggle for remote work option which they accepted but was limited.
