it is conducted twice (online) through google meet. the first interview mainly discusses about people’s backgrounds such as previous leadership experiences and work experiences. the second one is the user interview, mainly talks about the job role.

The recruiter asked questions using Whatsapp Chat, but for the next batch of intern they use Zoom meeting. Asked us questions about our competencies that they currently need in the company.
