Applied online and was invited to interview. Had 1:1 and panel interview. The company ghosted after those two rounds without some much as a rejection email. The panel interview was a waste of time, it was clear one of the individuals did not want to be there and was disengaged. I have never wanted to end an interview so badly. Don’t ghost candidates after they took their valuable time to go through multiple rounds of interviews.

It was very clear and concise from the beginning. The process was fairly easy. They ask you behavioral questions. I had to complete 2 interviews. One with a screener and one with a team member.
