I was interviewed by the Digital Director and the data manager. The data manager was condescending, challenging and second-guessing everything I was saying from the moment I started to introduce myself. The interview felt very awkward and uncomfortable because of this attitude and would have set anyone up to failure. Not a company that's trusting by default. The rejection email days after I got was not even personalised, just a generic automated email.
