I was referred by an employee of the company. I had an initial phone screening with the recruiter followed by a phone interview with an accounting manager. I then had another phone interview with the director of accounting. The questions were easy - what I liked to do for fun, my past experience, etc. She explained how the company worked. Then I received an offer letter via email and accepted.
