Colloquio
1st round w/ CEO, then two very Jr employees. The CEo asked relevant questions, had a basic understanding of GTM, and overall was a great guy. The other two clearly hit up GPT for the most basic front line leadership questions i've ever heard. Maybe this is cause they are loan guys idk but clearly a reflection of internal processes and talent.

What is your leadership style?, How do you motivate a team?, how do you manage out top performers?, What do you need to be successful?, What do you think will be the hardest part of this job? - The GPT starter pack we call it

Talked with in house recruiter, then with head of Eng and then did a panel with two other engineering members. I was then ghosted. I sent a number of follow ups, and eventually once I got a new job I let them know and they still didn't respond. The head of Eng did look at my linkedin though. This also happened to some other folks I know. No response. Just ghosting. Wildly unprofessional.

The interview panel was basically white-boarding an application and its architecture.

During the interview process they start by discussing their background and then jump right into questions since they appear to carefully select the resumes that move forward and do not need the normal overview of your experience. Once you move on to the 2nd round, then they send you a writing prompt that purposefully has no direction or "right/wrong answers." They say this, but if they do not like your writing assignment, then you will know within a few weeks because they will completely ghost you. I always felt like I was a strong writer so it surprised me when they didn't acknowledge my submission. Reached out to them multiple times after nearly 3 weeks of waiting on a response and received nothing. This may seem minor and you can make the excuse that they're busy with a lot of candidates, but I still think this level of unprofessionalism probably shows another side of their company. If you move on, then they have another interview with some other department managers before I think you have a final one-on-one with the CEO. Overall, this was a negative experience due to the lack of feedback after advancing to the 2nd round.
