I made it to the final step, but was rejected after wasting a lot of time over a 2 months period.
Their email communication was not very transparent, late, and the final feedback made no sense, they claimed I lacked experience and leadership, completely ignoring my years of work as a professional hiking and biking guide and logistics specialist for another tour operator.
The whole system favors people who tries to show off during a video call instead of looking at real field experience

Step 2- virtual interview with a live person- lots of hypothetical/role playing questions
Step 3- in-person group interview day in Salt Lake City (you are responsible for all travel expenses)
